We were looking for someone who had achieved something special to them or others; a young person who normally finds it hard to do things or a young person who had simply achieved something outstanding in difficult circumstances.

This was Lucas’ second nomination of the evening following his sponsored run in aid of Bath Cancer Unit. His achievement of carrying on with the run, despite dreadful weather conditions was a truly great effort.
